Thank you for shopping at Rifle Paper. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return Contact us at afflerbachlinn494@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at afflerbachlinn494@gmail.com.

EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
